摘要
随着现代液压技术朝着高压、高寿命和高精度方向应用和发展,污染问题越来越成为影 响液压系统和元件的寿命及可靠性的重要因素.本文主要研究了固体颗粒污染物对液 压元件造成磨损的机理,并介绍了其对液压系统造成的危害及一般防治对策。
With the application and development of modern hydraulic pressure technology towards high pressure, high speed and high precision, pollution becomes an important factor affecting the lives and reliability of the system and components. This paper mainly studies the mechanism on which hydraulic components are abraded by solid grain and also introduces its damage and how to deal with it.
