摘要
教学秘书在高校教学管理中起着举足轻重的作用。针对教学秘书不受重视、任务重、压力大、待遇低、晋升难等工作现状,提出了树立理念、营造氛围、实施激励、健全体制、提供机会、理清出路等改善建议。
Teaching secretary plays an important role in teaching management in universities.Aiming at the work status of teaching secretary on their heavy tasks,pressure,low pay,difficult promotion,etc.the author puts forward some recommendations for improvement,such as establishing the concept,creating an atmosphere,implementing incentives,making sound system,providing an opportunity and clarifying the way out.
