摘要
目的探讨突发呼吸困难的原因和外科治疗。方法回顾分析我院2000年至2010年突发呼吸困难患者19例。结果外科给予消除病因,解除梗阻,维持心肺功能治疗后,17例治愈,2例不治死亡。结论早期诊断,快速外科干预,能有效提高突发呼吸困难的救治效率。
Objective To observe the causes of dyspnea breaking out and surgical treatment. Methods Review and analysis of 19 cases of dyspnea breaking out patients in the year 2000 to 2010. Results The elimination of the cause, remove the obstruction, to maintain heart and lung function, 17 patients were cured, 2 patients died without timely therapy. Conclusion Early diagnosis and rapid surgical intervention can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of dyspnea breaking out.
