摘要
研究锡与溴化十六烷基三甲胺—水杨基荧光酮的显色反应,试验表明,在0.5~2.5 mol.L-1的硫酸介质中,在溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下,锡与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)可形成稳定的红色配合物,在分光光度计上,以试剂空白溶液作参比,于510 nm波长处测定吸光度。该法有较高的灵敏度。
The paper studies tin and show that in the range of 0.5 - 2.5 complexes with red in the presence solution as a reference,absorbance at Cetyhriethyl Ammnonium Bromide-color reaction of salicyl fluorone. Experiments mol·L^-1 sulfuric acid medium, tin and salicyl fluorone (SAF)can form stable of cetyhriethyl ammnonium bromide. On a spectrophotometer, the reagent blank 510nm wavelength is measured. The method has high sensitivity.
