摘要
"公司+农户"生产经营模式,曾为温氏集团带来巨大的经济与社会效益。"民工荒"的影响、公司与农户合作剩余分配不均、农户投入成本较大、我国人口红利优势减弱等原因,导致"公司+农户"模式或可遭遇农户弃养等发展困境。破解的思路有:农户的规模化养殖,农户合伙经营,调整合作剩余分配,引入第三方,引进"代养民",以及转移生产经营区域等;但不能仅选择其一种或两种办法,必须采取集成攻克、多管齐下战略。
The production and operation mode of “Company+ Peasant ”once had brought huge social and economic benefits to Wen's Group. The emerged developmental dilemma of peasants giving up cultivation to the mode of “Company+Peasant” may has several reasons as follows: the influence of “lack of migrant labors”, the uneven distribution of the remai- ning for both company and peasants, the higher input cost for peasants, the decreasing ad- vantage of the demographic dividend and so on. The solving ways are: large scale cultiva- tion, peasants' partnership, coordinating cooperative surplus distribution, introducing the third party and “Daiyang Farmer”, and transferring production and operation of the region. However, one or two methods could not solve those problems, integrated system of solutions and strategies should be taken when conquering dilemmas.
