摘要
建立用自动定氮仪测定稻米中蛋白质的方法。用SKD-600自动定氮仪测定稻米中蛋白质,并与传统凯氏定氮法比较,测定结果基本一致。该法分析速度快,结果准确,操作简便,可用于批量样品中蛋白质的测定。
To institute the way that can determine protein in rice with automatic azotometer.The protein in rice was digested, distilled and determined with SKD-600 azotometer. Compared with traditional Kjeldahl apparatus, the results were the same on the whole. This way has many advantages： the fast speed of analysis, the accurate result and it is easy to operate. It can be used for determining protein in batches of samples.
