输尿管镜术治疗腹腔镜手术引起的输尿管损伤 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜手术引起的输尿管损伤的治疗方式。方法对2005年至2010年的23例腹腔镜手术引起的输尿管损伤病人,采用输尿管镜下留置双J管术进行治疗,观察疗效。结果 23例病人中22例病人成功留置双J管,术后3～14天后症状都消失。双J管拔出后随访6～12个月,影像学上未见明显肾积水或者输尿管狭窄征象。结论输尿管镜术治疗腹腔镜手术引起的输尿管损伤是一种有效的治疗方式,能减轻病人再次手术的痛苦和经济负担。
