摘要
运用演绎法、归纳法、文献档案分析法,分析了教职工体质和体育锻炼的重要性,探讨了发展教职工体育对于改善教职工心智模式、提高教职工的创造力、提高教师的魅力和品位、促进教职工自身的可持续发展、推动教职工团队建设、推动优秀学校文化的建设、带动青少年学生参与体育锻炼等方面的重要意义。针对存在的主要问题,在借鉴体育心理学和管理学等领域研究成果的基础上,提炼总结出增加教职工体育锻炼的文化内涵、鼓励教职工学习新的体育项目、使教职工深刻领悟体育锻炼的心育功能、提倡师生共同参与体育锻炼等有助于促进教职工体育锻炼大发展的现实途径。
Analyzed the importance of faculty's sport participation and probed the profound meaning of faculty' s sport participation to the development of their thinking pattern and creativity, to the enhancement of their charm and sense of style as well as their potential for continuous development, to team building, to the promotion of school culture as well as to their students' sport participation by using the deductive method, the inductive method, document analysis and historical research. On the basis of research findings in social psychology, sport psychology and some other fields, put forward a series of practical strategies on how to enhance faculty' s sport participation. The strategies include enhancing the cultural connotation of sport participation, encouraging faculty members to learn new skills, pushing them to comprehend the mental training function of sport participation and encouraging them to join students in sports and exercise.
