摘要
中红外光谱(MIR)以其在4000-400cm-1处的吸收特性广泛应用于机电、医疗等领域。随着计算机和化学计量方法的发现,MIR在食品领域的应用研究也在开展。本文概述了其在深度剖析研究、高分子材料分析中的应用、在定量分析的应用研究及其在乳品成分、品质及有害物质检测中的应用。
Mid-infrared spectrosopy had been widely used in the realm of mechanism of electronics and medicine for its characteristic of fingerprint absorption at the region of 4000--400cm-1. With the development of computer and stoichiometry, applied research had also been developed in detection of food industry. In this article the application of MIR in dairy component, quality and hazard analysis were summarized as well as its utilization in deepness analysis and polymers determination.
