摘要
以丢糟为主要原料,稻壳为辅料,在100MPa,280℃的成型条件下,研制出了生物质环保型新燃料,对产品性能(水分、密度、灰分等)及燃烧指标(发热量、热效率、气体排放等)进行了分析。资源化利用丢糟,提高白酒产业附加值,促进白酒产业循环经济的发展。同时,产品能够替代不可再生能源,解决能源危机,对环境保护和可持续性发展具有重大意义。
Biomass environment-friendly fuel were successfully developed with distiller's grains as the main raw material and chaffs as the accessory under the molding conditions: at 280℃ and 100MPa. Product performance (moisture, density, ash, etc.) and burn index (calorific value, thermal efficiency, gas emissions, etc.) were analyzed. Resource utilization of distiller's grain can increase the added value of the liquor industry and promote the development of circular economy. At the same time, the product can replace non-renewable energy sources, to solve the energy crisis. It has great significance for environmental protection and sustainable development.
