摘要
随着人们生活方式的变化和经济的快速发展,肥胖人群逐年增加,由其所致的肥胖相关性肾小球病已成为一常见疾病。1974年Weisinger等首次报告了本病,2002年南京军区总医院在国内首次报告了本病。临床实践显示,早期发现、积极治疗,可完全或部分逆转病情。本文就肥胖相关性肾小球病的诊断及治疗现状作一综述。
With the changes of people′s lifestyle and rapid economic development,obese population has increased year by year and obesity-related glomerulopathy（ORG） have become common.Weisinger first reported this disease in 1974 and General Hospital of Nanjing Military command first in China in 2002.Early detection and aggressive treatment can reverse the disease completely or partially.This article reviews the status of ORG diagnosis and treatment.
