音乐对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后早期急性心肌梗死患者的情绪影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨音乐对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后早期急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的情绪影响,尝试在心脏监护室(CCU)内实施音乐疗法,促进患者心理健康状况。方法从广州市某三级甲等综合性医院CCU便利抽样100例PCI术后早期AMI患者,分对照组和观察组各50例,采用《正性负性情绪量表》调查患者实验前后情绪变化情况。结果观察组患者负性情绪得分差值下降多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组正性情绪得分较对照组高(P<0.05)。实验前后,两组在警惕性高的正性情绪得分差值间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其他正性情绪因子得分差值间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者的心烦、心神不宁、恐惧、易怒、紧张、坐立不安和害羞等负性情绪得分差值间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论音乐可促进CCU内PCI术后AMI患者的正性情绪,如感兴趣、精神活力高、劲头足、热情,缓减如心烦、心神不宁、恐惧等负性情绪,有利于患者的康复。同时,音乐可释放患者抑郁、内疚等负性情绪,应在听音乐的同时应提供适当的心理护理。 Objective The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of music on early period of post-PCI of acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods 100 participants took part in the experiment.They were divided into two groups:mached group(n=50)and experiment group(n=50).HAD and PANAS were surveyed before and after the experiment.Results The participants in the experiment group,whose′s negative emotion decreased more than the mached group′s(P0.05),however the experiment group′s scores of positive emotion were higher than mached group′s.The differentials scors of two groups in alert emotion have no significant difference(P0.05).Other factors of postive emotions all have been shown the significant difference(P0.01).Also the differenctials scores of two groups in distressed,upset,scared,irritable,nervous,jittery and afraid have significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Music can significant promote positive emotions such as interested,excited,strong,enthusiastic.Induce negative emotions such as distressed,upset,guilty and so on.Music is effective in proving patients′ health.By the way,we also need careful psycho-nursing when we use the music.
