摘要
结合某市图书音像大厦工程,论述了灌注桩后压浆技术的作用原理和施工工艺。通过工程实例的现场试验桩,分析对比其压浆和不压浆的受力变形特性。工程实践进一步证实,这种技术由于承载力提高幅度大、造价低等特点,使该项工程取得了显著效益。
Combined with the project of a book audio and video building in certain city, the action principle and construction process of post grouting technology for cast-in-place pile is discussed. With on-site piles for test in the project example, the forced deformation characteristics under grouting and no grouting are compared. Furthermore, with engineering practice, this technology is proved to contribute to significant benefits of the project due to the features of greatly increased bearinz caoacitv and low cost.
