摘要
介绍了邯钢公司焦化厂脱硫工程中横河CS3000控制系统的配置及系统设计。重点分析了克劳斯炉点火联锁控制及尾气比值控制回路设计原理。投运后,系统方便、实用、功能完善、稳定可靠,大幅提高了产品产量和质量,实现了能源的回收利用,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了操作环境,提高了脱硫装置的控制管理水平。
It is introduced the configuration and design of YOKOGAWA CS3000 control system in desulfuriza- tion project of Han Steel, analyzed in emphasis the design principle of Klause Cracker igniting fire interlock control and tailing gas ratio control circuit. In operation the system is convenient, practical, of perfect func- tions, stable and reliable, and can to a large extent increase product output and improve quality. The energy recovery is realized, labor strength of workers lowered, operation environment improved, control and management level of desulfurication device higher.
