摘要
为满足快速发展的石油和天然气行业对输送管道的市场需求,济钢结合自身实际,采用铁水预处理脱硫→120 t转炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD→CCM工艺路线生产X70石油管线钢,通过脱硫、脱氧、软吹等生产工艺控制,实现铸坯表面无缺陷,内部质量良好,化学成分控制精确,并有效降低了X70钢中的P、S、气体及夹杂物含量。
To meet the market requirement for transportation pipeline from fast - developed petroleum and nat- ural gas industry, the X70 petroleum pipeline steel is produced based on the actual condition of Ji Steel with the following process route： pretreatment of molten iron→smelting with 120 t converter→LF refining→VD→CCM. With production process control of desulfurization, deoxidation and soft - blowing, it is realized no defects on the surface of casting billet, good inner quality, precise control of chemical composition and effec- tively reducing P, S, air and inclusion in X70.
