摘要
针对唐钢公司3#高炉扩容后,炉前出铁严重制约高炉强化冶炼的情况,通过对铁口灌浆、组合砖改造、优化炉前操作、调整装料制度、加强烟尘治理和管理,铁口工作状况日趋稳定,从而保证渣铁能及时地排出,把炉前对炉内的影响降到最低。为高炉生产的持续稳定提供了条件,保证高炉的强化冶炼并取得较好的经济技术指标。
The iron casting affected seriously the strengthening smelting of blast furnace after 3# blast furnace of Tang Steel being expanded. With the following measures adopted： reforming grouting and combined bricks of casting hole, optimizing furnace ,operation, adjusting charging system, strengthening smoke and dust control and management, the work status of iron casting hole gets steady day by day, and so the slag - iron can be removed out in time and the influence of iron - casting on furnace can be reduced to an extremely extent. The production of blast furnace can be kept continuous and steady, the strengthening smelting guaran- teed, good economic and technical index got.
