摘要
根据钢渣的性质及特点,阐述了目前钢渣的处理方法及由此延伸到处理后的综合回收利用,提出风淬法和热焖法联合应用是最佳的钢渣处理工艺;钢渣的循环利用应重点放在建筑建材行业。以某钢铁公司10万t/a钢渣热焖粉化技术+钢渣外循环利用为例,证明了该生产线的安全、可靠、可行性以及明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。该技术可变废为宝,实现节约能源、保护环境和经济效益三者的统一。
With its properties and features as base, it is stated the present treating method for steel slag and its cycling utilization, proposed the combination of air quenching and tank - type hot disintegrating should be the best steel slag treatment process ; the cycling utilization of steel slag should be mainly put in the building ma- terials Industry. Taking the 100 000 t/a production line of steel slag tank - type hot disintegrating plus outer cycling utilization in some iron and steel company as example, it is proved it is safe, reliable, and feasible and has excellent economic, social and environment profit. This technique can change waste into treasure, realize the uniform of energy - saving, environment protecting and economic profit.
