多井集成数字化相变加热炉研究与应用

摘要 油田内使用的传统加热炉普遍存在燃烧和传热强度小、效率低、适应性及安全性差等缺点,为了适应建立"节能、减排、节约型社会"的需要,2008年曙光采油厂开始了相变加热炉的研究工作。本文重点介绍了相变加热炉工作原理、传热介质、燃烧系统、控制系统,截至2011年曙光采油厂现场应用16台,现场应用效果良好。经辽河油田公司节能检测中心对现场测试,热效率对比传统加热炉提高15%以上。 The traditional heating stove used in oil field has shortcoming of low intensity of combustion and heat transfer, low efficiency poor, adaptability and safety and so on. In order to adapt the need of energy saving, emission reduction, economical society, Shuguang Oil Extracting Factory has started the research of the phase transformation heating stove since 2008. This paper mainly introduces the principle of the phase transformation heating stove, the heat transfer medium, combustion system, control system. 16 phase transformation heating stoves were applied in Shuguang Oil Extracting Factory in 2011. The application effect is very well. The thermal efficiency which is tested by Energy Testing Center of Liaohe Oil Field Company, compared with the traditional heating stove is enhanced more than 15%.
