摘要
针对电子商务网站信用评价体系中的信息不对称和交易者的信用度问题,以淘宝网为例,通过对等级设计、影响信用度因素和修改评价及退货评价等因素的分析,提出一种新的C2C信用度评价模型.
Aiming at the information asymmetry and the trader's credit problems in E - commerce website and taking the TaoBao. com as an example, this paper presents a new C2C credit evaluation model by means of anglicizing the degrade designing, and the factors impacting the credit, the evaluation modifying and evaluation of returning the goods.
