摘要
由于社会的歧视和法制保障的缺失,农民工权益受损现象比较突出,严重影响了他们的积极性和社会和谐稳定。通过对农民工权益受损的具体情况进行调查,分析造成这一现状的原因,提出农民工劳动权益保护应从完善立法,加强执法监管,畅通维权渠道等途径实现。
Due to the social discrimination and the deficiency of legal protection, the phenomenon of peasant laborers rights and interests being violated is more prominent, which seriously influences their enthusiasm, social harmony and stability. Invested the specific circumstance of violation and analyzed the causes for the current situation, this paper presents some means of protecting the peasant laborers rights and interests such as improving the legislation, enhancing the law enforcement supervision and clearing up the channels of rights defending.
