摘要
通过汇总整理新时期我国硕士研究生主要招生工作文件,从招生计划、报考资格、考试录取、科目设置等四方面具体分析硕士研究生招生制度的演变发展和高校招生自主权的变化。研究生招生制度改革逐步赋予了高校在招生方面的自主权,但仍然非常有限,未来继续扩大高校招生自主权应作为硕士研究生招生制度改革的一个方向。
Government documents concerning graduate enrollment in the new era are analyzed to show the evolution of the graduate enrollment system and changes in university autonomy for enrollment in four aspects： enrollment plans,qualifications,examinations and program arrangements.Despite increased independent decision-making powers on the part of universities in recent years,the level of university autonomy is still limited.It will be necessary to further expand university enrollment autonomy to promote the reform in the enrollment system.
