摘要
目的:观察中西医联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将96例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用西药经宫腔输卵管通液术加微波理疗及西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用活血解毒通堵汤保留灌肠,观察2组治疗前后输卵管复通率。结果:观察组治愈35例,好转8例,无效5例,总有效率89.6%;对照组治愈24例,好转9例,无效15例,总有效率68.7%。2组之间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组经治疗有32例受孕,受孕率66.67%;对照组有18例受孕,受孕率37.50%。2组受孕率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕,疗效满意。
Objective： To observe curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and westem medicine in treating infertility with oviduct obstruction. Method： Ninety-six patients were randomly allocated into observation group and control group on average. Control group received hydrotubation, microwave physical therapy and conventional western medicine, observation group were administered with retention enema ofHuoXue JieDu TongDuTang based on the treatment of control group. The recanalization rates of both groups were observed. Result： Thirty-five cases were cured in observation group, eight cases effective, five cases ineffective, total effective rate was 89.6%; 24 cases were cured in control group, nine cases effective, 15 cases ineffective, total effective rate was 68.7%, comparison of both groups showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. After treatment 32 cases conceived in observation group, the pregnant rate was 66.67%; while 18 cases conceived in control group, the rate was 37.50%. Comparison of pregnant rates suggested remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can obtain remarkable effect in the treatment of infertility caused by oviduct obstruction.
