摘要
通过对母及子胎教优生与胎损劣生的实验源流及现状的研究分析,结合地震后孕妇及新生儿调查,前瞻性地提出丰裕环境的"胎教"和地震应激的"胎损"两种极端环境下的孕鼠造模实验设计方案,以期从宏观和微观表征2个方面,对母子两代"胎教""胎损"的先天病因病机进行深层次的探讨,并为孕妇在优、劣两种环境下对胎儿的调护提供理论依据和实验指引。
Plans for making pregnant rats models were raised prospectively through antenatal training under wealthy environment and antenatal damage caused by earthquake combined with the investigation on pregnant women and neonates by studying and analyzing current state and origin of antenatal training and damage of mother affecting child. Hence, congenital causes of disease and pathogenesis of antenatal training and damage in mother and child could be deep approached from macroscopic and microcosmic view in order to offer theoretical evidence and experimental guide for pregnant women nursing babies under good and bad conditions.
