水通道蛋白5与肿瘤发展和转移的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 水通道蛋白(aquaporin,AQP)5是水通道蛋白家族的成员之一,为膜转运蛋白。随着研究的日渐深入,发现AQP5除影响跨上皮、跨细胞水分子的转运外,与肿瘤发生和发展也有一定的关系。AQP5以其独特的结构,在非小细胞肺癌、卵巢癌、结肠癌以及慢性粒细胞性白血病等恶性肿瘤的发展与恶化中发挥了重要作用。目前的研究显示,AQP5能够影响肿瘤细胞的形态、增殖及迁移,进而影响肿瘤的发生发展过程。有关的调节机制也已经有了进一步的研究,现在已证实AQP5与Ras、NF-κB、c-Src和Rb等信号通路有一定的关系。目前针对AQP5的抗肿瘤药物也有了初步的研究,并引起了广泛的关注。本文就AQP5的结构和功能的变化与肿瘤发生发展的关系及其调节机制进行了阐述。
