节能减排的铝合金宽温阳极氧化新工艺的应用

摘要 模拟生产实际,进行了铝合金宽温阳极氧化工艺试验,并对试验的全部试件进行了快速腐蚀检测,得到可用于生产的铝合金宽温阳极氧化节能减排新工艺。又在生产线上进行一年的生产实践检验,获得了良好的效果,充分说明节能减排的铝合金宽温阳极氧化新工艺是环境友好型的实用工艺。 Ror aluminun alloy wide temperature anodic oxidation process. There is no any report about practical production except the brief introduction. I have tested samples with aluminum alloy wide temperature anodic oxidation process for 1-year at simulating practical production site, and found a new energy conservation and emission reduction technology of alu- minum alloy wide temperature anodic oxidation process which could be come into production. It achieved a good result after 1-uear practical test, so it fully shows that aluminum alloy wide temperature anodic oxidation process is an eco-friendly prac tical technology.
