摘要
运用有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件,对ZJ70钻机井架进行了4种工况下的静强度分析,计算出了井架的节点应力和节点位移,根据计算结果可知,井架在1、3工况下不满足强度设计要求。经过井架模型进行模拟优化后,提出了改进方案,使井架强度满足了设计要求。修改后的井架设计方案合理,为钻机井架设计提供了理论依据。
Finite element analysis method and ANSYS software were applied to the static strength analysis and modal analysis of ZJ70 derrick under four kinds of working conditions. The stress and displacement of derrick model nodes were calculated. The strength of derrick of 1 and 3 of working conditions that unsatisfied the demand of the design can be known. And at last, the simulation optimization and improved scheme were proposed and its results offer theoretical basis for derrick design.
