摘要
目的:比较传统法、聚凝胺法和微柱凝胶卡法检测孕妇血清中IgG抗体效价的差异性。方法:分别运用传统法、聚凝胺法和微柱凝胶卡法检测272例孕妇血清中IgG抗体的效价,计算检测阳性率,以传统法为标准,比较聚凝胺法和微柱凝胺卡法的检测特异度、敏感度。结果:孕妇血清IgG抗A效价阳性率的检测结果分别为:传统法22.8%,聚凝胺法25.0%,微柱凝胶卡法33.8%;IgG抗B效价阳性率的检测结果分别为:传统法19.1%,聚凝胺法20.5%,微柱凝胶卡法31.6%,传统法和聚凝胺法的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),微柱凝胶卡法阳性率明显高于传统法和聚凝胺法(P<0.01)。以传统法为标准,检测孕妇血清IgG抗A效价,聚凝胺法的特异度为96.3%,敏感度为98.1%;微柱凝胶卡法的特异度为63.4%,敏感度为100.0%。结论:检测孕妇血清IgG抗体效价,传统法和聚凝胺法具有一致性,微柱凝胶卡法检测阳性率明显高于传统法和聚凝胺法,在临床检测中应予以特别重视。
Objective. To compare the accuracy of traditional method, polyhrene method and microcolumn gel card method in the detection of maternal serum IgG antibody titer. Methods: The traditional method, polybrene method and microcolumn gel card were applied to detect serum IgG antibody titers in 272 pregnant women, respectively. Positive rate was calculated and sensitivity and specificity were compared using standard traditional method as criteria. Results.. Positive rate of IgG anti-A titer revealed by the three methods were: the traditional method: 22. 8%, polyamine condensate France: 25.0%, micro-col- umn condensate amine Kapha. 33.8%. IgG anti-B titer-positive rate: the traditional method: 19.1% poly- brene method: 20.5%, micro-column condensate amine card method: 31.6%. No signfiicant difference in positive rate was observed between polyamine condensate France method and the traditional method (P〉 0.05) ,but the positive rate of micro-column condensate amine Kapha method was significant higher than that of the traditional method. The specificity and sensitivity of IgG anti-A titer detection revealed by the three methods were 96.3% and 98.1% for polybrene method, 63.4% and 100.0% for the micro-column condensate amine method. Conclusions: The accuracy of polybrene method is equal to the traditional method for maternal serum IgG antibody titer detection, while the microcolumn gel card method shows higher positive rate than the other two methods.
