摘要
目的:研究与改进保留全身骨关节整体血管铸型标本的技术方法。方法:用10%～15%乙酸乙酯过氯乙烯铸型填充剂灌注后,饱和次氯酸钠溶液腐蚀制作全身整体血管铸型标本。结果:皮肤、肌肉等软组织完全腐蚀,骨和关节保留完好,血管铸型无损。结论:用乙酸乙酯过氯乙烯铸型填充剂灌注加饱和次氯酸钠腐蚀法制作保留全身骨关节整体血管铸型标本,微细血管保留完好,具有快捷、安全、无恶臭等特点。
Objective： To investigate improvement of manufacture method of systematic bone-joint integrated with casting mould of blood vessels sample. Methods： Blood vessels were infused with moulding filler of 10%-15% acetidin and perchloroethylene,then the corpse was immersed in saturated sodium hypochlorite liquid. Results： Muscles were completely causticized while bone-joint well reserved, casting mould of blood capillaries were well reserved. Conclusion： Filling with moulding filler of 10%-15% acetidin and perchloroethylene together with immersion of saturated sodium hypochlorite liquid can successfully make systematic bone-joint integrated with casting mould of blood vessels sample with short production term and safety.
