摘要
从发展森林碳汇是应对气候变暖的重要措施以及市场化是森林碳汇发展的必然趋势的视角出发,分析森林碳汇制度与云南桥头堡建设的关系,提出森林碳汇制度的建立将对云南省桥头堡建设起到巨大的推动和提升作用。
In view of the development of forest carbon sequestration is to deal with the warming of the important measures and the market is the inevitable trend of development of forest carbon sinks perspective, the paper analyzes the relationships between forest carbon sequestration and Yunnan bridgehead construction, and thinks that forest carbon sequestration will enhance Yunnan bridgehead construction.
