摘要
目的:评价指纹认证药品管理机在住院药房的应用效果。方法:在指纹认证药品管理机使用前、后各60个工作日内,观察住院药房麻醉精神药品调剂流程的变化,统计和分析药师完成"五专"等工作项目用时、运行成本和效果评价。结果:指纹认证药品管理机应用后,麻醉精神药品的调剂质量提高了6.44%-11.49%,调剂用时比传统模式缩短3.81 min-4.59 min,效率明显提高,但运行成本也有所增加。结论:继续发挥好指纹认证药品管理机的优势,改进麻醉精神药品管理模式。
ABSTRACT Objective：To evaluate the effect of using the fingerprint pharmaceutical adminstration devices in inpatient dispensary. Methods： During 60 working days before and after the use of fingerprint - recognition drug control machine changes of working procedures were observed. The time of dispends prescriptions and reexamining drugs was recorded and calculated while the costs were also estimated. Results：The quality of medication was improved by 6.44% - 11.49% and the working efficiency was reduced 3.81 min - 4. 59 min. Not only the quality of medication but also the working efficiency was improved after the fingerprint pharmaceutical adminstration devices was used. But the cost was also increased. Conclusion： The fingerprint pharmaceutical adminstration devices will bring in further superiority if the management oattern and working environment are imoroved.
