摘要
非同步采样的泄露是电能计量出现较大误差的原因。提出一种固定采样频率条件下的电能计量方法,该方法基于复化Simpson积分算法,在系统频率发生偏移时充分考虑非同步采样的泄露误差,能够得到较精确的电能计量结果。推导了改进复化Simpson积分公式,并利用该方法对理想及实际电力系统电能进行了仿真,和其它计量算法进行了对比。仿真结果表明使用改进的复化Simpson积分算法能显著提高计量精度,且计算量增加较少,具有很好的使用价值。
The asynchronous sampling leak causes errors in electric energy measurement. A new electric energy measurement method is proposed by fixing the sampling frequency, and this method is based on Simpson integral method, and it takes account of the energy leak in asynchronous sampling when system frequency shifts, thus it can achieve an accurate result. The modified Simpson integral formula is given. The ideal power system electric energy and the real one are simulated by the algorithm, and are compared with other methods. The simulation results illustrate that the new algorithm can reduce the measurement errors dramatically and computational complexity has little increased. So the modified Simpson integral method has good practical value.
