摘要
笔者认为应从能力系统的角度来研究企业。本文对能力系统的概念、组成、结构和功能进行了研究 ,并提出相关的评价指标。
This paper suggested that the corporations should be studied on a capability system perspective. It studied the definition,composing, structure, and function of the capabilities system and gave the evaluation measurement of the capabilities system.
