摘要
以炉内传热机理为基础，建立了炉内传热简化数学模型．实验证明，该模型简化合理、计算结果可靠．为满足现场优化控制的要求，经分析确认钢（荒）管壁厚、钢种、入炉温度和再加热炉的产量为优化控制必须考虑的参数．
A simplified mathematical model of heat transfer in tube reheat furnace is developed in this paper, which has been proved to meet the requiremellt of on--line colltrol by comparison with experimental data. Tblough the analysis for on--line optimum control resujts, it was shown that the considerable parameters are tube thickness, material, charging temperature and the furnace productivity
