摘要
研究了FeMoSiB纳米晶合金薄带的脆性断裂行为.利用激光打孔形成预裂纹,并结合断裂表面的微观形貌观察,从能量的观点解释了裂纹扩展过程中的分又现象,对材料r断裂韧性进行了定性和定量分析,指出常数 σ_c(πa_s)1/2并不是断裂韧性Kc.
By employing a pulsed laser source to produce microcracks, typical features of brit tle fracture of nanocrystalline FeMoSiB ribbon have been investigated by SEM. From the energetic viewpoint, explanation to the branching behaviors of a moving crack front was proposed, and fracture toughness of the material was calculated. It was shown that the constant σ_c(πa_s)~1/2 was different from fracture toughness K_c.
