摘要
2010年上海世博会英国馆外伸杆在使用中受风载作用,需对其在风载下的疲劳寿命进行研究。根据工程设计要求,对100年和50年一遇风载作用下的亚克力外伸杆进行了有限元数值模拟,得到了结构最危险部位及其应力值,并进行了初步的疲劳寿命估计。在此基础上,针对铝套管和亚克力杆进行疲劳性能验证试验,结果发现,铝套管的疲劳寿命符合20万次的设计要求;对于亚克力杆,若要达到14万次疲劳寿命,建议其外伸长度不要超过1550mm。
Abstract. Since the acrylic rods of the UK Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai Expo swayed as the wind moved past, their fatigue properties under wind load must be studied. According to the requirement of design, the acrylic rod under the wind load met a hundred or fifty years was analyzed by using FEM. The most dangerous section and its stress value were obtained from the FEM results, and the fatigue life of the rod was estimated initially. Tests of aluminum sleeve and acrylic bar were hold for the verification of their fa- tigue life. It's noted from the tests that the aluminum sleeve can fit the requirement of twenty thousands :ycles, and the acrylic bar can take fourteen thousands cycle loads with a limitation that its length can't exceed 1550mm.
