摘要
利用ABAQUS软件对12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎的成型过程进行有限元模拟。采用Marlow模型模拟生胶的力学性能,Rebar单元模拟钢丝帘线对橡胶的加强作用,解析刚体模拟成型机的主毂和辅助毂,分析轮胎成型过程中橡胶部件的贴合工艺和胎坯的成型过程。结果表明,模拟结果与理论设计轮胎结构具有良好的一致性,可以为生产工艺设计提供指导。
The building process of 12.00R20 radial tire was simulated by using ABAQUS software. The mechanical behavior of raw rubber was described by Marlow model, Rebar elements were used to model steel wire in the rubber, and Hubs of tire building machine were simplified by using analytical rigid bodies. The bonding process of rubber parts and building process of green tire were simulated and analyzed. The simulated results had good accordance with theoretical design, and could be used to guide manufacturing process design.
