摘要
目的观察疏血通注射液和前列地尔联合治疗糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法 120例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为二组,每组60例。治疗组在糖尿病常规治疗基础上予疏血通注射液6ml静滴,1次/d,疗程4周,分别于治疗前后检测血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血脂及尿微量白蛋白。结果治疗后,二组患者的UAE、BUN、Scr和β2-MG水平均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组下降得更为明显(P<0.05或<0.01);二组的全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原与治疗前相比均有明显改善(P<0.05或<0.01),且以治疗组改善得更为明显;治疗组TC、LDL-C和TG较前明显下降。结论①疏血通注射液能够降低糖尿病肾病患者的微量白蛋白尿,减少血β2-MG及BUN、Scr含量,改善血液流变学,对糖尿病肾病具有保护作用,该药的抗炎作用可能是其作用机制之一。②疏血通注射液还具有调脂作用:使TC、TG、LDL-C降低。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shuxue Tong and Prostaglandin on diabetic ne- phropathy（DN） patients. Methods 120 patients with type 2 Diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group（ ＋ Shuxuetong） and control group. The subjects of treatment group were administered with Shuxuetong （6ml）,QD,28 clays as a course of treatment, based on conventional therapy of DM. The levels of serum creatinine （Scr）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）,β2 micro- globuin （132- MG） and microalbuminuria were measured before and after treatment as main target. UAER, SCr and BUN figures were compared between two groups before treatment and eight weeks after treat- ment. Results Compared with that before treatment, the levels of Scr,β2- MG,BUN and UAE had been significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The whole blood viscosity （ high - cut, low - cut） ,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen had been improved significantly. While in treatment group more sig- nificantly than in control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with that before treatment, the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C significantly decreased in treatment group, the P value was P〈0.05 and P〈0. 01. In control group they had no significant difference. There were no severe side reactions in treated groups. Conclusion Shuxuetong can decrease urinary microalbumin of patients with DN, reduce the levels of β2 - MG of ser- um,BUN and Scr. It has the function of renal protection. The action of anti - inflammation may be one of itsmechanisms. Shuxuetong has the funtion of regulating blood lipids and decrease the content of TC,TG and LDL- C.
