摘要
本文提出一种自动测试LFMCW组件的扫频非线性和功率起伏的方案 ,对其测试原理作了详细推导 ,并进行了计算机仿真和实际测试。该系统充分利用LFMCW组件的功能 ,无须微波、毫米波设备 。
This paper presents a system measuring sweep nonlinearity and power undulation of LFMCW assembly automatically and describes the measuring principle in detail.The system makes full use of the functoins of LFMCW assembly and neednt microwave or millimeterwave measurement set up.Only provided the working band of LFMCW assembly,the system is able to make a measurement with the sweep nonlinearity and power undulation.
