摘要
台模是现浇楼板施工中的一种模板体系,在保证安全、提高效率、减少用工、降低劳动强度、节约成本等方面优势突出,在建筑楼板施工中具有相当重要的地位。通过台模在工程中的大量应用,分析台模的受力状况及含钢量,量化了使用台模的经济效益和施工效率;同时,提出改进台模的吊运装置的方法,以提高施工安全和经济效益。
The advantage of bench formwork as a kind of formwork system in cast-in-place floor constructionis obvious in aspects of ensuring safety, improving efficiency, reducing labor, reducing labor intensity, saving cost and so on, which plays an important role in floor construction. Based on application of bench formwork in engineering, the author analyzes force condition and steel content of bench formwork, quantifies the economic benefit and construction efficiency using bench formwork. Meanwhile, the author put forwards improved method for Lifting bench formwork to improve construction safety and economic benefit.
