摘要
结合广东佛山官西线沥青路面维修改造工程,阐述了就地冷再生基层配合比设计、施工工艺和施工质量控制要点,对成型后的再生层进行了质量检测,分析了就地冷再生技术的经济效益,并对试验路后期跟踪观测成果进行了分析。研究表明,试验路冷再生工程各项性能都能满足规范要求,再生效果良好,使旧路功能和结构承载能力得到了很大的改善。
Combined with the asphalt pavement maintenance and renovation project of Guanxi line in Foshan,the authors briefly introduce construction technology of cold in-place recycling, the mix design and the control points of construction quality. They also make the quality test to formed base,analyz the economic benefits of cold in-place recycling technology. And the later observation results are analyzed. Analysis shows that all the performance of test road of cold recycled projects can meet the code requirement, and has good regeneration effect, function and structural bearing capacity of the old road have been greatly improved.
