摘要
介绍了大体积混凝土温度场的计算方法和有限元模拟原理,根据实际情况确定了求解的边界条件。对某桥承台大体积混凝土施工过程的温度场进行了模拟分析,同时对温度进行了监测。根据模拟分析结果和监测数据,分析了承台大体积混凝土温度及温度应力的变化特点,结合分析结果和现场情况提出合理的降温措施有效地减小承台混凝土的温差,防止了温度裂缝的出现,确保承台的施工质量。
Calculation method of the mass concrete temperature field and finite element simulation principle are introduced, boundary conditions for the solution are determined according to the actual situation, the temperature field is analyzed combined with mass concrete construction process of pile cap for some bridge, and the temperature is monitored. Based on the simulation analysis results and monitoring data, changing characteristics of mass concrete temperature and temperature stress for pile cap are analyzed ,and combined with field situation, reasonable cooling measures are proposed to reduce temperature difference for pile cap and prevent temperature crack, and construction quality of pile caps is ensured.
