摘要
学术权力、学生权力和行政权力共同构成了大学内部的三大权力系统,在不同时期、不同地域呈现出不同的形态。20世纪60年代以来,西方国家大学学生权力逐渐得到重视与保障,而我国大学学生权力却长期被遮蔽。今天,我国社会、大学和人的和谐发展对大学三种权力的重构,特别是学生权力的彰显提出了新的诉求。
Academic power, students＇ power and administrative power constitute the three major power systems within a university together,which presents different forms at different times and in different ar- eas. Students＇ power has been regarded and guaranteed gradually in the Western Countries, while it has been shielded for a long time in China. The harmonious development of society, university and human be- ings appeals to the reconstruction of the three powers of university, especially to the highlight of students＇ power.
