摘要
失去了自我反思和内在批判机制的现代社会,使得乌托邦思维遭遇深刻危机;"地理大发现"所引起的"空间革命"和全球视界的融合,已经根本打破传统乌托邦想象的空间。象征人类永恒超越精神的乌托邦的当代匮乏,至少可以从人的奴化心理、"历史终结论"的文化语境、悖离设计初衷的政治权力结构三个层面对其成因进行解析。总体上,放弃意义和价值的现代性,成为它摒弃乌托邦意义与价值的最有说服力的理由。
Modern society which loses its internal mechanism of self-reflection and self-criticism makes a profound crisis of utopian thinking. ＂spatial revolution＂ and the unification of space as a globalized terri- tory, caused by ＂the great geographical discovery＂, have completely broken the space of utopian imagina- tion. The present scarcity of utopia which represents a spirit of eternal transcendence, can be explained from three aspects, that is,the human enslaved psychology,the cultural context of ＂the end of history＂, the deviation of their original role of political power structure. In all, in virtue of modernity abandoning significance and value, it becomes the most persuasive reason for its banishing utopia significance and val- ue.
