摘要
车速鉴定是交通事故司法鉴定的重要项目类别之一。车速鉴定的证据主要来自于交通警察事故现场的搜证和事后鉴定人员的再次对事故当事车辆的取证,并以警察的搜证为主要证据来源,鉴定结论的可靠性也依据于此。在做车速鉴定时,可以借助经典力学车速鉴定理论与技术。车速鉴定的技术要点主要包括附着系数的选择、制动痕迹的识别与测量、车辆损伤的测量和道路相关参数的测量。
The speed identification is one of the important categories of traffic accident forensic projects. Evidences tor speed ?? identification mostly were obtained from police collecting evidence on the spot of aceident and forensic personnels collecting evidence from the accident vehicle concerned afterwards, and the former is the main source of evidences, which decides the reliability of identifieation conclusions. The collection and measurement of the required parameters were studied on the basis of analyzing classical theory and mechanics for vehicle speed calculation, and some technical points were pointed out, which mainly include the choice of friction coefficient, the identification and measurement of braking traces, vehicle damage and road parameters.
