摘要
对螺旋叶片压缩机的基本几何理论进行了详细分析 ,给出了基本几何参数的取值范围、选取原则及相互制约关系以及压缩腔容积、各泄漏线长度随转角变化关系式 ;提出了一种性能优良的幂函数叶片型线 ,给出了其解析设计方法 ,并进行了实例计算 ;提出了螺旋叶片压缩机总体及部分零部件的结构方案并按 3 73kW制冷压缩机给出了总装图 。
The essential geometrical theory of the helical blade compressor is analyzed in detail,in consequence,the range,the choosing principle and the restricting correlation of the basic parameters as well as the volume of the compression chambers,the length of the leakage line related to the rotation angle are presented.An aborative investigation results in a kind of perfect profile based on the exponential function being put forward.The analytical design method and an instant employing this method are given.The constructional scheme for the whole and the part is propunded.Furthermore,the assembly chart of the 5HP refrigeration compressor is published.In addition,several key problems that influence the practicality of the machine are studied as well.
