摘要
根据宝钢脱硫工艺的反应机理和体系特征,利用ICP技术对脱硫石膏中总钙和总硫进行测定,并结合容量法分别测定亚硫酸钙和碳酸钙的含量。通过差减法可以迅速得到石膏中硫酸钙的含量。操作简单、时间较短、分析精度较高,可以充分满足现场工艺的要求。方法的建立解决了原有国标石膏成分检测方法中无法准确分析脱硫关键组分的问题,实现对脱硫工艺中各阶段反应产物的准确定量,从而可以帮助现场有效掌握脱硫进程,提高脱硫率。目前ICP技术已经应用于宝钢股份电厂、烧结和不锈钢公司烧结的脱硫工艺。
On the basis of the reaction mechanism of Baosteel' s desulphurization technology and its system characteristics, and with the ICP technology, the total calcium and the total sulfur in the desulphurization gypsum were determined. In combination with the capacity law the calcium sulfite and the calcium carbonate were defermined separately. The calcium sulfate content in gypsum can be obtained using the subtraction method, which can fully meet the requirement of the technology on the work site because its operation is simple, the time spent is short and analysis precision is high. The establishment of the method solved the problem that the desulphurization key component in gypsum could not be determined accurately by the original Chinese Standard. The goal of the reaction products' accurate quantitative determination in various stages of the desulphurization process has been achieved. It may help the work site control the desulphurization process effectively and raise the desulphurization efficiency. At present this technology has already been applied to the desulphurization process of Baosteel Power Plant, Sintering Plant and Stainless Steel Branch.
