实际生产过程要求显著误差检测有相当高的准确性 ,即要求“虚警”和“漏报”的概率都很低。但目前使用的各种方法往往很难同时满足这两个要求。本文提出了一类高置信度的检测法 ,使得“虚警”和“漏报”
A number of gross error detection techniques are widely applied in different chemical processes.However,their performances have not always been so satisfactory.For example,the low probability of type I error always causes the high are of type Ⅱ error.Here,a compound test with high confidence level(HCL test)is presented in this paper,which has a low percentage of both two types of errors.Moreover,a practical example based on real process data is provided and a comparison with other tests proves that the new method is quite effective.
