摘要
介绍三种可用于三维成像的电容传感器结构 ,利用三维有限元软件仿真分析不同结构传感器的灵敏场特性 。
Three types of sensor structures are introduced in this paper for reconstructing threedimensional images.The properties of sensing fields of different sensor structures are analyzed by use of the numerical method Finite Element Method(FEM).Finally,images with these sensor structures are reconstructed and the corresponding spatial image errors(SIE)are given.
