摘要
以健康豚鼠为对照,用脉冲火花发生器给动物不同强度爆震。震前、后测定脑干诱发电位,处死动物行耳蜗毛细胞内Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和DNA、RNA吖啶橙荧光组织化学染色。结果是,不同强度爆震造成不同程度损伤。毛细胞内Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性与阈移两者间有一定的内在联系,酶活性降低很可能是听力阈移的重要原因之一。但是毛细胞内DNA、RNA荧光组化未见差异,表明爆震对耳蜗毛细胞内核酸影响可能不大,因此,耳科临床治疗爆震性耳聋,应十分注意内耳能量代谢。
Effects of explosions of different intensities on brain stem response (BSR) and activities of Na^+-K^+ATPase and DNA RNA in the inner ear were studied in 17 Guinea pigs.The results revealed that there were various degrees of damages of the cochlea due to different doses of explosions,and also a negative correlation between hearing loss and the enzyme activities(Na^+-K^+-ATPase),but no changes of the fluorescence histochemistry on hair cells can be seen.It exhibited no effects of explosion on necleic acid of hair cells.the significance of which is discussed.
