开展人本位整体护理提高病人满意度 被引量：8

摘要 人本位医疗整体护理是：在治疗疾病的过程中，高度关注病人，观察判断处理疾病的反应；尽量满足和缓解疾病和治疗过程给病人在情感、心理、功能等整体方面带来的个性化的需求和改变。其内容主要包括生活护理、治疗处置、教育指导、心理护理和康复指导五个方面。为提升我院护理满意度，践行“三好一满意”的服务标准，真正做到“服务好、质量好、医德好、患者满意”。
